The service you require is totally up to you. Being a full service caterer, we are able to provide you with any desired level of service, be it eco-friendly disposable to formal china, glassware, cutlery, and linens. We leave the choice up to you based on your unique needs.

SOUPS

MINESTRONE
Hearty vegetarian soup made with tomatoes, vegetables, beans and pasta.
CHICKEN NOODLE
A true “comfort soup” made with a robust chicken stock, vegetables, chicken and fine noodles.
BORSCHT
Who doesn’t love the rich flavour of a real borscht soup. Purple cabbage, chicken stock, spices and sour cream to finish.
LEEK AND POTATO
One of our favorites! Leeks and potatoes, simmered in a chicken stock (can be made vegetarian) and finished to make a smooth soup.
CREAM OF BROCCOLI AND WHITE CHEDDAR
A rich, tasty soup made with fresh broccoli and white cheddar and finished off with heavy cream.
BEEF BARLEY
Another “comfort” soup. Vegetables, barley and beef, simmered in a rich beef stock, finished with a hint of red wine to give extra body.
CLAM OR SEAFOOD CHOWDER
Can be either Boston (cream) or Manhattan (tomato) everyone’s favourite!

MAIN COURSES FOR LUNCH
LASAGNA
Either meat or vegetarian or a mixture of both. Layers of noodles, topped with a 3 cheese blend and baked. Served with a generous slice of garlic bread. Delicious!
BEEF POT PIE
A truly rich and tasty beef stew, topped with flaky pastry and served in individual bowls.
CHICKEN POT PIE
A rich and creamy sauce, with generous portions of chicken and vegetables. Served in individual bowls.
CORNISH PASTY
One of the tastiest way to eat beef! Beef, vegetables and gravy, wrapped in a flaky pastry and baked. Not many have heard of them, but everyone loves them.
HUNGARIAN GOULASH
A rich , thick stew made with beef, tomatoes and paprika. Served generally with wither gnocchi or noodles.
QUICHE
Either lorraine (bacon, vegetables or vegetarian, a generous wedge of quiche always hits the spot. Served with a green or caesar salad.
TARTIFLETTE
“Tarti-what?” This is a very flavorful individual dish made with layers of potatoes, onions, bacon and cheese. Very filling and very tasty. Be brave and give it a try!
BEEF ON A BUN
Thin slices of medium rare beef, served on a fresh Kaiser bun. We allow 150gms (6 oz.) Per person.
PULLED PORK IN A BUN
We prepare our pulled pork in our own smoker, and serve in on either a Kaiser or pretzel bun. Sauerkraut or coleslaw can be provided.
