Elizabethan Catering Services Ltd., is happy to present the latest idea for some unusual catering, rarely seen in Edmonton, but very common in Europe. “Big Pan Cooking” Any guesses what that may mean outher than cooking in Big Pans! Elizabethan has just purchased the heaviest duty Paella Pans and Burners to be able to offer on-site cooking with magical on-site visual effects. Our Paella Pans are huge – 42″ across and are matched with 80,000 BTU burners to enable us to cook and present some fabulous dishes, different to the usual buffet lines with chafing dishes etc. I have tested them on guests at our house, and they absolutely raved about them. “Never seen anything like this before” etc. etc. They LOVED it!
