Steven Marsh - Owner/Founder

The founder of the Company, Steven Marsh finished his training in England at Brighton Technical College in September 1978. He finished his training with credits, and worked at many different establishments from fine dining restaurants to hospitals, before leaving for Canada in 1980.

Steven worked at various remote site camps as Chef for nearly two years, before being promoted to General Manager, Edmonton for Boatel Remote Site, Canada at 27 years of age. After four years, Steven tired of the constant travel and decided to start Elizabethan Catering Services Ltd, in October 1985.
