David Scott - Executive Chef

David returned to our culinary team after a time at other fine establishments such as The Hotel MacDonald and a 5 Star Resort in Costa Rica. We are pleased David is back on our team and his dedication to the profession is outstanding.........

David recently visited Chef Duey in California for a wonderful experience of Fruit and Vegtable Thai carving.

David just recently went to Las Vegas for the annual caterers conference and has come back with some amazing ideas.

We are all very proud of Chef David as he brings such pride, passion and determination with his consistent commitment to improving.
