As you can tell, we really pay attention to what we are doing, and will try and improve where ever we can. To that end, every single customer for every single event will receive a quality questionnaire from us. It does not take long to fill out, and does let us know when we have met or exceeded your expectations, or not? We also are one of the few companies, who actually follow up on these questionnaires. How many times have you filled out a “survey card” Ever get anyone call you, even if the results were far from good? How ridiculous is that, especially if your experience was not as expected?
The Questionnaires ask quality related questions rated on a 1 to 5 basis. 1 being the worst and 5 being the best. The last question "How would you rate us overall goes to a 6 - Could not be better. We love those, and we receive many of them!!
The Quality Questionnaire is one of the most valuable tools that we have, and has caused us to change the way we do things on many occasions. Customer Feedback, when acted upon, is one of the finest performance tools a company can use.
