Clayton Schafers - Team Manager

Clayton Schafers

Clayton has been with Elizabethan for nearly 10 years and has worked in various roles from bartending, kitchen, setups and wait staff.

When he is not busy catering, Clayton works in public practice as an accountant and is completing graduate studies in the profession.

Clayton is very involved in music, performing with the St Albert Community Band, University of Alberta, and various musicals and local productions. He is also quite involved in the community, volunteering with the Alberta Cancer Foundation, St Albert Rotary Club, U of A School of Business Alumni, and many other local organizations. Clayton will often be seen managing our larger events with his team of staff and with such a busy schedule, we are thrilled he can continue to work for us.
